For a dispute involving a consumer, a request for out-of-court settlement can be filed free of charge with the Consumer Mediation Service, Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8 box 1, 1000 Brussels — mediationconsommateur.be.
The European Commission also provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Failing agreement, the dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Brussels, without prejudice to the mandatory rules of jurisdiction protecting consumers.
